Terms of Use

This site sets out the materials we supply and the supply, haulage and disposal work we do across South East Queensland. It is information only. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, a quote, or a commitment to supply at a particular price or on a particular date.

There are no accounts to create, nothing to buy online, and no payments taken through this site. To get anything priced you call or email us and we deal with you directly.

A quote is only binding once we have given it to you in writing for a specific product, quantity, site and date. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them, or 30 days if no period is stated, and assume the site details you have given us are accurate.

Where we supply material, cartage or disposal, that work is governed by the quote and any separate supply agreement between us — not by this website.

Delivery times we give are estimates made in good faith. They depend on weather, traffic, plant availability and site conditions, and we can’t guarantee them.

You are responsible for safe, legal access to the delivery point, for telling us about anything that affects access (overhead lines, soft ground, weight limits, restricted hours), and for having someone able to direct the truck where the load is to go. If a truck attends and can’t safely unload, a charge may apply.

Our materials are natural products. Colour, grain, texture and tone vary between loads and between seasons, and photographs and video on this site are indicative rather than an exact match for what will arrive. Where a job depends on a particular size or grading, tell us before you order and we will confirm what we can supply.

Quantities are supplied by weight or volume as stated on the quote. Estimating how much material a job needs is your responsibility, though we’re happy to help you work it out.

The text, images, video, layout and branding on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may read and share the pages, but you may not copy, republish or reuse the content commercially without our written permission.

Please don’t attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it at a volume that affects its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.

We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we don’t warrant that everything on it is complete or error-free, or that the site will always be available.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on information on this site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date it was last changed is shown at the top of this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have jurisdiction.
