How it’s made
Cut from an inland deposit that runs ultra fines to coarse — screened, cut and blended to the grading you give us. We work the blend until it's right, then hold it consistent batch after batch. The grading decides the performance, so the grading is the job.
Most sand is sold as a grade and the job works around it. Specialty sands run the other way: the requirement comes first and the sand is screened and blended to it. That matters where equipment meters the sand, where a spec names a band, or where a trade has learnt exactly how they want it to behave and doesn't want it changing.
The size band you need, whether it has to be dry, and what it's going into or through. From that we can tell you what's achievable and what it will cost delivered. If a job needs something that isn't in the standard range, that's the conversation to have rather than making do with the nearest thing.
MRP Sand Quarry is an inland sand quarry — nothing is dredged off a coastline. Inland deposits hold a far wider range of grain sizes than coastal sand, so we screen and cut sizes from ultra fines right up to coarse, and because the sand has never been near seawater there's no salt in it.
