How does MaterialSales make money?
Suppliers pay a flat listing fee — $349 for 6 months, $579 for 12, $919 for 24. We have no commission, no transaction fees, and no markup on supplier prices. The Ultimate Supplier Bundle is $2,899 for 5 listings (a saving of $1,696). That's it. No ads, no buyer fees, no data sales.
Who verifies listings?
Every listing is reviewed by a human within one hour of submission, 7 days a week. We check the product is real, the supplier is Australian (ABN-registered), photos and pricing look credible, and the description isn't misleading. Listings that fail review are refunded.
Does MaterialSales handle payments or delivery?
No. We connect buyer and supplier — phone number, email, message — and step out of the way. The supplier deals direct with the buyer for quotes, scheduling, payment and delivery. We never take a cut of the transaction.
Who is the platform for?
Suppliers: quarries, sand pits, concrete batchers, turf farms, ag suppliers, soil yards, recyclers, forestry operators, and anyone selling bulk materials. Buyers: builders, civil contractors, landscapers, councils, farmers, and homeowners doing bigger projects.
Where is MaterialSales based?
Australian-owned and operated. ABN-registered. We pay AU GST on all listing fees. Currently AU-only, with the architecture in place to expand to NZ and other markets when it makes sense.
